10 Beagles in 10 Days

May month has sent the volunteers at Beagle Paws Rescue scrambling trying to find resources to respond to 10 intakes in 10 days.

These beagles have come to us from a variety of situations such as, moving out of province due to the economy, unable to find pet friendly local housing, and even a beagle "Wally" from St. Pierre that could not receive the veterinary care he so desperately needs.

Beagle Paws is seeking help with foster homes for these dogs as well as monetary donations to help with their medical expenses. Many of these dogs require spay/neuter surgeries, vet exams and vaccinations. "Wally", our St. Pierre Beagle, will require a surgery to remove a mass that is estimated to cost $2500.00
