Good News!
Ruby has found her forever home in British Columbia. This little girl now
shares her home with another Beagle Paws dog.
Ruby's new
family writes:
Just wanted to let you know
that we picked up Ruby on Friday and she is already part of the family! What a
sweet little girl. She is fitting in beautifully and seems to be quite content.
Kyra just loves having a playmate and even the cats have settled down around her
(although I wouldn't go as far as to say they love her, not yet, anyhow!)
Many thanks to you and
Beagle Paws for both of our beautiful little girls! |

Good News!
Piper is settling in with his new family in Alberta. Everyone is very happy with
this new lifestyle, especially Piper.
Piper's new
family writes:
The Beagle Has Landed!
Despite a long cross-country flight that would be wearying for anyone, Piper
arrived in Calgary in high spirits. He was quick to get settled in his new home,
and has been a thorough gentleman since touching down. He is extremely
well-behaved, well-mannered and tidy. Piper has adopted our two children as his
new best friends, and he has shown himself to be loving and gentle in the
extreme. There is not a mean bone in him, and he is eager to soak up the
affection that everyone lavishes on him. Piper seems to understand that his new
home in Calgary is his cozy ‘forever home.’

family is ready to care for him and give him all the love he needs to get over
his recent surgery.
Prince's new

I am writing you about

our household, he is very loving and gentle he has definitely found the right
home. As him having only one eye he is adapting very well don't forget he is a
born hunter and his instincts do him well. He loves to go on walks and be the
center of attention everyone wants to stop and talk to him and ask questions
about his eye we tell them we have adopted him and they are all so happy and
pleased that there are people as your selves that spend so much time and energy
helping rescue these lovely dogs WE LOVE OUR NEW MEMBER OF THE FAMILY THANK YOU

Good News!
Shiloh has found a loving home in New Brunswick, here new family can't wait to
meet her.
Shiloh's new
family writes:
Hi, everything is going very well, she has
learned her name (I'm not sure if she knew it when she arrived she would not
answer to it but came when i called the cat sammie), she has learned to sit and
wait for the door and breakfast and supper, she goes to the potty in one spot
and on command for the most part, she has learned to stay in bed at night and
that is not time to play. all in all she is settling in very well. I really
cannot understand why anyone would give up such a sweet girl when I'm sure if
they just spent a little more time with her she would have trained up
beautifully, but i guess their loss is our gain.
thank you again she is a beautiful little girl and we love her. |

Buddy has gotten very comfy in his new home (below)
 |
Good News!
Buddy has been adopted to a loving family in Edmonton, Alberta.
Buddy's new
family writes:
Just thought I'd update you on Buddy (we did
decide to keep his name). He is settling in quite nicely, he's still not sure
that it's ok to come into the house, but he just follows Shelby (our other
beagle) around. Anyways on Monday we took him to the vet and he had his rabies
shot and he did have ear mites which we are treating with ear drops and he will
have his neuter surgery next Thursday (June 23). Everyone just loves him, he
listens very well (sometimes better than Shelby!).
At first he didn't seem to know what to do with all the toys but he is learning.
He didn't really have any "accidents" so far but he has marked his territory a
few times in the house. All in all he's got a wonderful life ahead of him!

 |
Good News!
Buttons has found his forever home in Yellowknife. He is one very happy pup.
Button's new
family writes:
Buttons (now known as Buddy)
has made his way to Yellowknife to make his home with his new family. Along with
four cats, Buddy has already made lots of dog friends at the dog park, along the
walking trail and with any other dog that happens to cross his path! Buddy is
getting to know his new home, and loves to spend time outdoors helping dig
holes, and play tug of war. He
doesn't bark too much, just when he spots a squirrel or a bird. He is such
a great little guy, so smart and full of life and energy. We can't believe
how lucky we are to have this little guy in our life. He really is a great
little buddy and we think his new name fits him perfectly! |
