Successful Adoptions - June 2004
ADOPTED June 30/04	Good News! Griffin has found a great home in Ontario. He is so happy that he is going to live with another beagle buddy.  And we are happy too ! Griffin's new family writes: Molly, our beagle , was a little upset the first night but after I took the two of them for a walk together, she calmed down. Now they get along great. She even sleeps in the kennel with Griffin. Griffin is the sweetest dog. Very affectionate and loves to cuddle. Once he gets more familiar with the surroundings I am sure he will take to training with enthusiasm. We will send some pictures of Molly and Griffin when they get developed. (Ottawa, ON)

ADOPTED June 21/04	Good News! Autumn has found a home.  Her new family in British Columbia are anxiously awaiting the arrival of their new little girl.
ADOPTED June 21/04	Good News! Little Sydney has found a home.  Her new family in British Columbia can't wait until she is old enough to fly to her new home.
ADOPTED June 15/04	Good News! Sara's bags are packed and she is ready to go to her new home in Alberta.  Her new family can't wait to meet her. Sara's new family writes: Sara now named Lizzy is really starting to settle in.  She only cries to ask to be put out, to ask to be let out of the yard to run free (ya, right) and when the tummy rubs stop.  She spends most of her day following me around the house and flopping down at my feet for a sleep wherever I stop for a while.  We go for two walks every day.  The neighbourhood kids all think she is just the cutest thing ever and I have had lots of offers to walk her if I get too busy.  The adults are all convinced she is still a puppy and must get bigger than this.  A beagle is a MUCH better choice for a townhome than the Rottweilers, Labs and German Sheppards they all chose. Overall, she's fitting in perfectly and getting used to her new home.  Thanks again to Beagle Paws for helping her find her forever home and helping us get the perfect pet. (Alberta)
ADOPTED June 15/04	Good News! Jenna has been adopted by a great family in Ontario, they are anxiously awaiting her arrival. Jenna's new family writes: Jenna is more than I ever expected-she's laying in the grass in our yard  right now making herself at home. We love her so much and she's adjusting very well, she slept in her kennel with the door open in our room and woke us up for a pee this morning-so much better than an alarm clock! This dog has not even barked once yet-I am sure she will find her voice once she knows this is her home. I promise to have endless patience with her, it will be easy as she is so lovely and smart. Oh yeah, our two white cats have touched noses with Jenna and our grouchy Tabby is getting closer and closer to her-we'll see! Thanks again (Ontario)
ADOPTED June 11/04 Sweetie's arrival in Alberta (below)	Good News! Sweetie is all settled away in her new home in Alberta.  She is a lucky girl to have found such a great family to live with.
