We LOVE him!! He is so sweet and gentle and pretty skittish---I'm sure he's just getting adjusted. He's safe and home and hasn't yet sat down.....until I tried to write this email and now he wants to lie on my lap.

Ozzie is doing wonderful at his new home. He is awfully sweet and we could not have done better in choosing him.
He loves to chew his toys and sleep in bed in the morning when he wakes up.
Thank you to Beagle Paws for all the help and support that they have given us though out this process.
Ozzie is a wonderful addition to our family and we could not have asked for more !

Colten in his new home (below)

Good News! Colten has found his forever home in Alberta.  We are all so happy for our loveable Colten, we know he will be very loved by his new family.

Colten's new family writes:

Hi Folks:

Colten is great to have around and it's hard to believe that we have only had him for a couple of weeks as he follows me EVERYWHERE!! He listens really well and knows how to sit, lie down, sit pretty and stay. Colten is housetrained, dosen't bark (except when he saw a wild rabbit) and has pretty much figured out that he isn't allowed on the furniture!!
He is also great with children and they sure love him!!! We try to walk him every day and are still working on the heeling, but that will come. He likes to let his nose lead the way!!

Thanks again....

Poppy in her new home (below)

Good News! Poppy has been adopted to a great home in Ontario.  Her new family (including 3 beagles) are anxiously awaiting her arrival.

Poppy's new family writes:

Poppy appears to be coming out of her shell. She is still sleeping a lot (which is not un-beagle like). She has started to bark and play a little and the other girls are becoming a little more accepting of her.

She has such a good character. We made the right choice adopting her. Will keep you posted on any progress.

Angus and his new sister Gypsy (below)

Good News! Aero has been adopted to a loving family in Alberta.

Aero's new family writes:

Aero, renamed Angus, is doing really well in his new home.  The resident dog, Gypsy, is a wonderful dog.  She and Angus will be best buddies.

As for Angus himself… He’s still adjusting… but very well. He’s a big pee/poop factory… Hehe. Too much change too fast probably. Angus and Gypsy play ALL the time now… Gypsy is very gentle with Angus, and she has been showing a lot of maternal behaviors when Angus is in close proximity.  (Example: Angus yawns, makes a little squeak, Gypsy pops her head up to check on him, then goes back to sleep or whatever she’s doing).  Angus is a very happy and proud little man when he is being praised for ‘going’ outside.  He’s only ‘vocal’ when it’s meal time … Which is just hilarious to watch his excitement!  All the kids are enjoying him immensely!  Angus seems to really love it here, and the whole family… he is a tremendous addition to our family!
