My Name is Lily

Hi everyone. My name is Lily (aka Lady). I'm only 5 years old but I've packed a lot of experience into those 5 years. I used to live somewhere where they didn't take very good care of me. I was left outside a lot and what little food I got wasn't very good for me. Then I found out I was pregnant! The people didn't want to keep my puppies and they were going to do away with them so the great people at Beagle Paws said they would find homes for my puppies, as well as my Beagle boyfriend (Nemo) and me. My puppies went to nice foster homes and it didn't take long for them to be adopted.
I was in a very nice foster home too. The lady there let me sleep on her bed and even gave me treats! It was so nice to be fed everyday and she took me for walks too!
My picture went on the Beagle Paws website but I didn't look that great with stretch marks and everything all saggy since I just had puppies but I started working out and watching what I ate and now I'm gorgeous.A family in Alberta had been keeping an eye on the site and decided to ask about me. They had already adopted a puppy from Beagle Paws in January but they wanted me too! I was thrilled to be going to my new family but that wasn't the best part ---- the puppy they had adopted was one of mine! I now have a great family who gives me all the cuddles and belly rubs a dog could ask for. I feel like a Queen. Thank-you to the wonderful people at Beagle Paws and my foster Mom for taking such good care of me. I just wanted to write in and tell you all that I'm doing great with my new family. Wags and I are loved and cared for more than I ever thought was possible. I'm including a picture of my son and myself so you can see what a great pair we make (my puppy Wags is the goofy one with his tongue hanging out).
P.S. I am glad my boyfriend Nemo found a great family
