Welcome to Newfoundland's first web site dedicated to promoting beagles as family pets. Unfortunately, there are still a great number of beagles who are only used for hunting and suffer a life sentence of being tied to a dog house or confined to small kennels. It is through sites like this and public awareness campaigns that we can do away with the misconceptions surrounding the beagle breed.  Ask any beagle owner and they will tell you what happy and loving dogs they are.  Please help SPREAD THE WORD !

Summer Hours - effective June 27 In order to let our volunteers enjoy the very short summer we get in Newfoundland we have changed our hours of operation for the summer months. Office Hours: Mon. Closed Tues., Wed., Thurs. 7pm-9pm Fri. Closed Sat. 2pm - 4pm Sun. Closed Mini Cards support Beagle Paws Mini Cards are Mini Brochures, Mini Menus and just about anything you can imagine.  This great company is donating a percentage of their sales to Beagle Paws, visit minicards.ca to see more. Annual Pennies for Paws Campaign Donate your spare pennies and give a Beagle a second chance to find a loving home. The person with the heaviest load of pennies will WIN a $75 gift certificate to the Keg restaurant. Winner will be announced July 31st Donations of pennies (rolled or unrolled) can be dropped off at our office 556 Topsail Rd.  in St. John’s, NL or to arrange pickup call 738-7297	Beagle Paws Reunions - British Columbia It is that time of year again, the time to think about reunions.  The dates for our BC reunions are listed below.  AB reunions will be held in Sept. Sat. July 18 - Victoria Sun.
