Transition House ?
We have reached a turning point in our organization. It is time to move to the next level. We are looking for your input and support to help us get there.
We are seeking a building that will provide us with the following:
- Storage facility
- Office Space
- Housing for a small number of Beagles during the transition periodWhat is the transition period?
Many of the beagles we bring into our care have never lived in a home environment before and have never received vet care. Some have never walked up a set of stairs before.
We need a facility that will allow us to prepare the dog for the foster home stage, including grooming and vet care. By having this facility we will be able to assess the dog during those few days and make a better match for a foster home.
Can you help us make this much needed move?
Any ideas, donations, etc. will be greatly appreciated.
Please remember that we are a Canadian registered charity and able to provide tax receipts for donations of rent, land, building, etc.
