Patsy was formerly called "Patches" but we felt that name really didn't suit her, so she is now called "Patsy". This pretty beagle is very petite and adorable. She is super loving and gentle. Patsy had a very serious skin condition that has affected her paws and back. She has currently on medication which has greatly improved things for her. She no longer picks at her paws.
